UAI 2024 - Hotel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their accommodation arrangements.

Barcelona offers a wide range of accommodation options in terms of standards and rates. It is, however, advised to make the reservations well before arrival, as July is high season in the city and prices are high.

Reservations in some hotels via a local travel agency can be done using this form.

There are several short-let apartments too, so we encourage participants to look at sites that offer such rental reservations.

Bringing your children?

What to do? Turisme de Barcelona has a section for ideas to do with children.

Breastfeeding

UPF Ciutadella Campus has a space for breastfeeding. Contact the organisation upon registration during the congress for more information.

Babysitter*

Chiqui la Vila, an independent kindergarten, offers babysitting services for babies from 0 through to 6 at their venue during the congress at the participant’s expense. They can also accept children 6 and over but their venue is more suitable for younger children. Please contact Chiqui la Vila in advance to agree on the services required. The deadline to formalise registrations in the kindergarten is June 28th 2024.
