Instructions for the OpenReview camera-ready submission
All deliverables are due on June 12th 2025 23:59 AoE. The bundle with all relevant files is here: https://www.auai.org/uai2025/public/formatting/uai2025-template.zip.
Make sure to revise your paper based on the feedback you received. In several cases, the meta-reviewer left comments requesting specific changes for the final version of the paper. We also encourage you to take advantage of the comments by the reviewers to improve your paper and maximize its impact. Please note that you can use 9 pages for the camera-ready version. If you can get a third party to read your paper, that can always help to improve clarity and find missed typos.
On OpenReview, use your author account to update your submission. We expect you to upload three files:
- the compiled pdf of the final version of your paper;
- a zip file containing the latex source code corresponding to the pdf;
- a signed PMLR license agreement from https://proceedings.mlr.press/pmlr-license-agreement.pdf
Optionally, you can submit an additional ZIP file with supplementary material (other than the appendices), for example including the accompanying code for the paper. You will also be given the option to provide links to a code repository and/or to a video. Feel free to also include these links in the text of the main paper.
Preparing the final version of your paper
- The title and authors list (names and order) provided in the submission form at the paper submission deadline are considered final and no changes will be permitted.
- Respect the page limits for final papers: up to 9 pages of content (references also possible here) and unlimited pages containing only references and appendices.
- Appendices must be included in the same file after the references.
- Use the class file uai2025.cls and comply with the instructions detailed in uai2025-template.tex
- At the top of your document preamble, make sure that you use \documentclass[accepted]{uai2025} as indicated in the template. This should also make the authors visible.
- Do not use any layout trick, e.g. \vspace, \small or \pagebreak. Ensure that figure and table captions are readable by the naked eye. Please don't include any packages like "geometry" or "full page" to change the margins. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the paper not being included in the proceedings.
- Carefully check your references and replace arXiv citations with peer-reviewed papers where possible (arXiv is generally not peer-reviewed). Please also check that capitalization in your references appears as you intended (for example, use braces like {Markov} in Bibtex entries to make sure that Markov (proper name) keeps its capitalization in the reference). Be consistent with the format of your references, e.g. make sure that all @inproceedings entries have the same fields.
- Optional: fill in the contributions and acknowledgements environments at the end of your paper. This does not count towards the 9 pages limit.
