UAI 2014 - Instructions for authors with accepted papers
The camera-ready deadline is Monday, June 16th, 2014, 11:59pm UTC (3:59pm Pacific Standard Time)When preparing revisions, please take reviewer comments into account, such as correcting typos, improving the clarity of the paper, adding relevant references, and so forth.
When you are ready, please follow these four simple steps to submit your camera-ready paper:
-
Make sure your paper follows the UAI formatting guidelines. In particular, PLEASE pay attention to the following:
- Include author names and other identifying information that was excluded from your original submission.
- Use ALL CAPS for section headings (e.g., "INTRODUCTION")
- Use Times Roman as the font. In LaTeX, \usepackage{times}
- Upload your paper to the automatic paper formatting checker. This checks your paper for basic formatting errors such as the wrong paper size or number of pages. Once it passes, you will receive a 5-character passcode, which is required for submitting your paper. Please do not wait until the last day, since fixing formatting errors may take some time.
- Fill out the copyright release form. One author may sign on behalf of all co-authors if the appropriate box is ticked. You may sign it electronically using Acrobat or print, sign, and scan it into a PDF file.
-
Submit your paper, copyright form, and (optional) supplementary material at: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/UAI2014 . Upload all files before submitting. The paper must be under 5MB, and the supplementary materials must be under 10MB. Please use the following filenames when uploading:
- cr.pdf -- Main paper
- copyright.pdf -- Copyright form
- supp.pdf OR supp.zip -- Supplementary material (optional)
NOTE: The UAI web site is not currently set up to host supplementary material, so we cannot guarantee that your supplementary material will be made available before the conference. We recommend that authors provide a URL within the paper to any important supplementary materials, such as code, datasets, or proofs.
And then you're done! Please submit by June 16th, 11:59pm UTC. Late submissions may not be accepted.
Feel free to email uai2014proceedings@gmail.com if you run into any problem.
