Foreign registrants who need a letter of
invitation to the conference must first register
for the conference. They should then send the following
items to Chris Meek,
meek@microsoft.com,
the general conference chair:

the confirmation email received upon registration to the
conference,
-
a draft of the letter needed for their purposes and
-
a mailing address to return the letter.
We alert UAI attendees to the need for obtaining the necessary
travel visas to Canada.
Please check with your local Canadian consulate/embassy
on the requirements, keeping
in mind that obtaining a VISA may sometimes take a prolonged
period of time.
